Strength Classes

HITT

Level: All level

High Intensity Interval Training.
Timed bursts of intense exercise. This class will challenge you head-to-toe, hitting every major muscle group while offering a challenging and fun fat-burning workout. Recommended for intermediate – advanced.

EVO Fit

Level: All level

The goal is to build an important foundation of human form, body awareness and control. Strengthening the most common at-risk areas of the body (ankles, wrists, hips and back) by working basic body movements and making them safer, whether it’s from doing an intense CrossFit workout or lifting a bag of groceries.

Strength training builds muscle balance, functional strength and endurance. This class combines joint mobility, body weight training and components of basic gymnastic strength. Stronger shoulders, back, hips and abdominal muscles help you stand, sit straighter, reduce back and knee pain by building muscles and stronger joints around these areas. Learn the proper form through classes that will build strength, speed, balance, coordination and endurance helping you perform better in all aspects of your life.

Circuit Training

Level: All level

A cardio and strength based circuit class comprised of short bursts of high intensity intervals guaranteed to elevate your heart rate and burn fat while offering a fun and challenging full-body workout.

Skills Improvement

Level: All level

We give you the opportunity to use our strength room to improve any skills you want to work on. We have rings, squats racks, plenty of dumbbells, balls, and much more. A personal trainer will be on site to help.

Bodyweight Strength

Level: All level

From foundational movement to advanced skills, this program will help you develop full body strength while breaking down movement barriers. Focusing on bodyweight allows you to increase strength, mobility and stability while reducing pain and limitations.

Open Gym

Level: All level

Open gym time to use the space as you would like.

MOBILITY – MOVEMENT

Level: All level

Looking to progress in your strength workouts or refine your form? Check out our mobility class to increase joint range of motion and muscular flexibility. By practicing a dedicated mobility routine, you will be guaranteed to improve in all other aspects of your training. You haven’t discovered your body’s full potential until you gain proper range of motion in all your joints. This class is a perfect complement to our strength classes.

 
 
 

Yoga Classes

YIN (warm)

Level: All level

Practice the Taoist concepts of yin and yang with Yin Yoga. In the body, the relatively stiff connective tissues (tendons, ligaments, and fascia) are yin. Yin yoga consists of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. Yin yoga compliments any Yang style of yoga (muscles and cardio) is beneficial to runners or weight training athletes. This meditative approach to yoga is slow-paced and aims oneself at finding inner peace. Disconnect from all stress related elements and immerge yourself in meditation to find peace and liberation.

Yoga TUNE UP (non heated)

Level: All level

Target high tension areas and get into deep tissue and trigger points with the help of therapy balls combined with the pressure of your body. The self-massage techniques from Yoga Tune-Up will help relieve stiff neck & headaches, shoulder pain, Sciatica and back pain as well as increase range of motion and flexibility. Pairing Yoga Tune-Up with any Yin practice will enhance performance and act as a proactive approach in protecting your body in more powerful sport or activities.

EVO FLOW (warm)

Level: Intermediate – Advanced

Yoga flow is unique to the yoga teacher. Evo Flow will challenge you through a series of postures and asanas linked with breathing. This is a perfect class of yoga for beginners or students who need a change of pace, still with the option to take it to the next level. The classes will be composed of stretching and strengthening.

EVO POWER (Hot)

Level: Intermediate – Advanced

Highly effective and low impact, Power Yoga is more physically demanding, dynamic and energetic than any other type of yoga. The physical aspect of the poses is the main focus of this class. Power yoga will help you build strength, flexibility and concentration. Prepare yourself to push your capabilities out of your comfort zone through this empowering form of yoga.

ELDOA (Spinal Alignment)

Level: All Level

ELDOA method is series of stretching and strengthening postures designed to create space in the vertebral joints. This class will help you increase muscle tone, reduce excessive spinal curvature and relieve back pain. Putting tension on the myofascial chains of the body will engender a postural normalization. The postures are static and held for roughly 1 minute at a time, helping the individual regain connection to their muscles and their position in space.

Gentle (non heated)

Level: All level

Set yourself up for a productive day with Morning Evolution. This energizing yoga class is a natural stimulant that will build your energy. Conceived with a slower pace, it is a great class if you wish to introduce yoga into your life. Work on gently opening your joints and building strength, it will leave you refreshed and peaceful. This class is like a ray of sunshine that will prepare you to positively face the rest of your day.

Foundation Yoga
(non heated)

Level: Beginner

Whether you are a beginner or want to refine your skills, the Foundation Yoga class will provide you with the tools for proper yoga alignment and positions. The class will explore pranayama (breath work), asanas (poses) and meditation

Mindful mediation
(non heated)

Level: All level

This meditative approach to yoga is slow-paced and aim oneself in finding inner silence.
Disconnect from all stress related elements and immerge yourself in meditation to find peace and liberation.

Youth Yoga
(non heated)

Level: All level (parents are welcome to participate)

Yoga for kids will explore the basic principles of yoga through breathing, movement and light meditation. Kids can start a life-long practice through this fun and playful class! Parents are welcome to participate

Candlelit Slow Flow (WARM)

Level: All level

This energizing yoga class is a natural stimulant that will build your energy. Conceived with a slower pace alongside a warming candle glow, it is a great class if you wish to introduce yoga into your life. Work on gently opening your joints and building strength, it will leave you refreshed and peaceful.

Fit Parent/Child

Level: All Level

Fit Parent and Child class is a fun dynamic way for parents and caregivers to get fit and flexible WITH their little ones… No child care needed! The children participate, crawl around or practice savasana… any age… anything goes.

NOTE: Memberships (except Parents/Kids Yoga package) cover participation for registered member only. An extra $5 fee is charged for each attending child.

Yang/Yin

Level: All Level

Come for a blend of powerful (yang) and gentle (yin) practice!

Fire up your muscles in the yang portion and stretch your fascia in the yin.
The yang practice will be more dynamic, warming and upward, while yin will bring you a more passive, cooling and seated/reclined practice.
