For beginners, older adults, anyone rehabbing, or with special needs – exercises are simpler and less demanding than our bodyweight strength classes. 

Animal Movement

Level: Advanced
Room: Strength – Movement

Animal Movement is a ground based movement class composed of various bodyweight training disciplines emphasizing on multi-planar movement. This program will improve your mobility, strength, endurance and power while building full body awareness.

HIit & Tone

Level: Intermediate to Advanced

45 min class – Full body strength with calculated cardio intervals and emphasis on full body! Get ready to sweat!

Mobility/Prehab

Level: Beginner to Advanced
Room: Strength – Movement

This class will target different components such as dynamic and static stretching, as well as mobility and prehab work.
Prehab: a proactive approach to avoiding pain and injuries. You will build strength and stability around your most vulnerable areas, while improving mobility, balance and joint function to decrease the potential for injuries.

Madness

Bodyweight Strength

From foundational movement to advanced skills, this class will help you develop full body strength while breaking down movement barriers. Focusing on bodyweight allow you to increase strength, mobility and stability while reducing pain and limitations.

Kinstretch

Level: Beginner to Advanced

A movement enhancement system that develops maximum body control, flexibility and USABLE ranges of motion. KINSTRETCH practice is complete with a self-assessment system allowing you the ability to monitor your own body for dysfunction that may be causing pain, loss of performance, or that may be putting you at an increased chance of injury.

Yoga Classes

YIN (warm)

Level: Beginner to Advanced
Room: Yoga

This meditative approach to yoga is slow-paced and aims in finding inner silence and improving flexibility. Disconnect from all stress-related elements and immerge yourself in meditation to find peace and liberation. Postures are seated or reclined and held for 2-4 minutes.

Mindful Meditation

Level: Beginner to advanced
Room: Yoga

This meditative approach to yoga will help calm and ground you. Disconnect from the external elements and immerse yourself in the present moment. Using slow and mindful movements, as well as grounding postures, will help to anchor your awareness in the practice. You may also explore yogic breath and alternate nostril breathing. 

Stretch & Unwind

Level: Beginner to Advanced

Stretch and Unwind Yoga focuses on working out deep muscle tissue for deep relaxation and stress relief. A perfect way to start your day!

HOT POWER

Level: Intermediate | Advanced
Room: Yoga

Highly effective and low impact, Power Yoga is more physically demanding, dynamic and energetic than any other type of yoga. The physical aspect of the poses is the main focus of this class. Power yoga will help you build strength, flexibility and concentration. 

Warm Yoga

Level: Beginner to advanced
Room: Yoga 

This warm yoga class allows you to stretch deeper with more ease while ridding your body of unwanted toxins. The warm heat lets your muscles detract and your body sweat, therefore, offering more wellness benefits.

Align & Flow

Level: Beginner to Advanced
Room: Yoga

This class combines a classic Hatha approach with the freedom of movement through Flow. By learning how to align one’s body, breathe and mind, you become more aware of the subtleties within each posture and movement. This class will help bring you into alignment, and the freedom to flow within your practice.

Foundation Yoga
(non heated)

Whether you are a beginner or want to refine your skills, the Foundation Yoga class will provide you with the tools for proper yoga alignment and positions. The class will explore pranayama (breath work), asanas (poses) and meditation.

Slow Flow

Level: Beginner to Advanced

Breathing and moving through asana (poses) sequences, from one pose and into another in a slow and gentle method, all while stretching and building strength. Show yourself some self-love and join us on the mat.

Youth Yoga

Youth Yoga will explore the basic principles of yoga through breathing, movement and light meditation. Kids can start a life-long practice through this fun and playful class! Parents: You have to option to participate in the class, or take a class in the strength room at the same time.

Gentle & Morning Yoga

Level: Beginner to Advanced

Come for a blend of powerful (yang) and gentle (yin) practice! Fire up your muscles in the dynamic yang portion and stretch your fascia in the passive yin portion. Balance out your yoga practice with this class.

Yoga Tune-Up

Level: Beginner to Advanced
Room: Strength – Movement

Target high tension areas and get into deep tissue and trigger points with the help of therapy balls combined with the pressure of your body. The self-massage techniques from Yoga Tune-Up will help relieve stiff neck & headaches, shoulder pain, sciatica and back pain as well as increase range of motion and flexibility.

Hot Yoga

This hot yoga class allows you to stretch deeper with more ease while ridding your body of unwanted toxins. The heat lets your muscles detract and your body sweat, therefore, offering more wellness benefits.

Yang/Yin

Level: Beginner to Advanced
Room: Yoga

Come for a blend of powerful (yang) and gentle (yin) practice! Fire up your muscles in the yang portion and stretch your fascia in the yin. The yang practice will be more dynamic, warming and upward, while yin will bring you a more passive, cooling and seated/reclined practice. Balance out your yoga practice with this class.

ELDOA (Spinal Alignment)

Level: Beginner to Advanced
Room: Yoga

ELDOA are postural exercises whose primary purpose is to increase the space inside a chosen joint. While the ELDOA creates space, there is an improvement in the joint mechanics, an increase in blood circulation, decreased coaptation on the disc, decreased pain, rehydratation of the intervertebral disc, better muscle tone, improved posture and a sense of well-being and awareness. ELDOA are very precise postures that target a specific joint and result in a decrease in pain and a return to balance.
