Strength – Movement – Mobility
Animal Movement is a ground based movement program composed of various bodyweight training disciplines emphasizing on multi-planar movement. This program will improve your mobility, strength, endurance and power while building full body awareness.

Core conditioning is a lot more than just doing crunches to expose that six pack. The core is composed of multiple muscle groups including the abdominal and low back muscles, diaphragm, pelvic floor muscles, latissimus dorsi, hip flexors and the gluteal muscles. All these muscles work in concert to stabilize the spine while moving your limbs.
Another aspect that we’ll explore is to stabilize the body’s center during movements that require a high degree of balance or body control. All level class
Train like an Athlete
If your goal is to become as lean and muscular as possible, you need to train like a power/speed athlete. This class emphasize a dynamic warm up, agility drills, strength, explosiveness and speed, and the capacity to maintain a high level of strength for an extended period. All level class.
You will need your own gloves!
Each Muay Thai class will begin with a short warm up that consists of skipping rope and shadow boxing. The rest of the class will be primarily focused on footwork and striking combinations, pad work with a partner, heavy bag work and clinching. The class will then end with a variety of cardio coordination drills and a small ab workout. All levels. No experience needed.

Practice the Taoist concepts of yin and yang with Yin Yoga. In the body, the relatively stiff connective tissues (tendons, ligaments, and fascia) are yin. Yin yoga consists of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. Yin yoga compliments any Yang style of yoga (muscles and cardio) is beneficial to runners or weight training athletes. This meditative approach to yoga is slow-paced and aims oneself at finding inner peace. Disconnect from all stress related elements and immerge yourself in meditation to find peace and liberation.

This class combines a classic Hatha approach with the freedom of movement through Flow. Target high tension areas and get into deep tissue and trigger points with the help of therapy balls combined with the pressure of your body. The self-massage techniques from Yoga Tune-Up will help relieve stiff neck & headaches, shoulder pain, Sciatica and back pain as well as increase range of motion and flexibility. Pairing Yoga Tune-Up with any Yin practice will enhance performance and act as a proactive approach in protecting your body in more powerful sport or activities.
Come for a blend of powerful (yang) and gentle (yin) practice!
Fire up your muscles in the yang portion and stretch your fascia in the yin.
The yang practice will be more dynamic, warming and upward, while yin will bring you a more passive, cooling and seated/reclined practice.

ELDOA (Spinal Alignment)
ELDOA are postural exercises whose primary purpose is to increase the space inside a chosen joint. While the ELDOA creates space, there is an improvement in the joint mechanics, an increase in blood circulation, decreased coaptation on the disc, decreased pain, rehydratation of the intervertebral disc, better muscle tone, improved posture and a sense of well-being and awareness. ELDOA Are very precise postures that target a specific joint and result in a decrease in pain and a return to balance.
