  • Your credit card will be billed monthly.
  • Memberships are subject to $99 cancellation fee.
  • Non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Tax not included in listed prices.
  • Classes are subject to availability.
  • Priority will be given to clients registered to a class through Mindbody or Evo App.

What to bring at your scheduled class?

  • Arrive 15 minutes before class – latecomers will not be admitted.
  • 1 towel
  • Indoor shoes (if you are taking a strength, mobility or movement class)
  • Avoid coming to class with a full stomach but make sure you’re well nourished.
  • Arrive well-hydrated.
  • Wear comfortable clothing.
  • Reusable water bottle.
  • Bring your lock to secure your personal items while in class.
  • Note that a shirt must be worn at all times in the gym or the yoga studio.

Evo Guidelines

  • Please arrive 15 minutes before class starts.
  • Please remove your shoes – boots before entering the studio.
  • Please sign in every time, before entering change room.
  • Inform your teacher about any injuries you have before class begins.
  • We encourage you purchase your own yoga mat – yoga balls for your own personal hygiene.
  • Cleanliness: respect your body temple and those around you. Wash your yoga mat regularly with hot, soapy water and spritz with yoga mat mist. Also, refrain from wearing any perfume, cologne, fragrance to class.
  • Turn off your cell phone. There are absolutely no cell phones or other mobile device permitted in the practice room.
  • No bags or personal belongings are allowed in the room.
  • While you wait for class, respect others while they are still in class. Speak quietly.

Membership Hold Policy

Members have the ability to put their membership on “Hold” ONCE every 4 months (in the case of a 4 month commitment) for a minimum of one week and maximum of one month in duration.

The 12 Month Membership can be held twice a year for a minimum of one week and maximum of one month in duration. However members must provide Evo Studio advance written notice (by email only) of their intention to put the membership on “Hold” during the term of the membership.

Regular monthly fees will not charged during this hold period. Your automatic payments and the membership term will recommence at the end of the “Hold Period”.

For example if you put 2 weeks on hold you will not be charged your regular automatic payment until you return and the 2 weeks will be added to your membership. ALL HOLD REQUESTS MUST BE MADE IN ADVANCE AND MUST BE APPROVED BY THE OWNER – NO EXCEPTIONS. Please email for Melissa’s approval.

Open Gym Policy

For the safety of our members, we only offer open gym times to people who have been with us for six months or more or with permission. Because of the nature of the equipment – Olympic weights, ropes, rings, climbing rig, etc. – we feel that for the safety of our participants/clients, most individuals are better off being monitored by a coach.

Open gym might be cancelled in advance if there is team training scheduled.
